Who this is for

If none of this is your thing, you are exactly who we built it for.

You built your business on doing good work and treating people right. Word of mouth, a phone number, a handshake. That worked for a long time and honestly it still should.

But somewhere along the way the world decided that if a business cannot be found on a phone in about nine seconds, it does not exist. You did not vote for that. Neither did we. It is just where we are.

So you do not have to like social media. You do not have to understand email marketing or what a Google listing even is. You do not have to learn one single app. That is the entire point of hiring us — you keep doing the work you are actually good at, and somebody else deals with all of this.

  • You have been in business for years — and never needed any of this before now.
  • You are hard to find online — no website, an old one, or a Google listing with the wrong hours on it.
  • You are using a personal email or cell — and it makes a real company look smaller than it is.
  • You do not want to post anything, ever — and you should not have to.
  • You are tired of being sold to — in jargon, by somebody who never asked what you do.

The packages

Three packages. Everything included. No add-ons, no surprises.

There is no menu to figure out and nothing gets bolted on later at a price you did not expect. You pick a tier, you pay the setup once, and then it is a flat monthly. That is the whole pricing structure.

Tier One

The foundation

$1,000 to set up

$100 a month after that

Everything a business needs to look real and be findable. If you have nothing, this is where you start.

  • A website, built for you A clean, fast site that works on a phone, says what you do, and gives people one obvious way to reach you.
  • Company email on your own name name@yourbusiness.com instead of a Gmail address, set up through Google Workspace or an equivalent. As many addresses as your people need.
  • A logo and a brand package An original mark, your colors, your fonts, and matching profile art so everything you put out looks like the same company.
  • Your Google listing, done right Created or cleaned up so you show up when somebody nearby searches for what you do. Correct hours, service area, categories, photos, and services.
  • A company phone system, if you need one If you are still handing out your personal cell, we can set up a proper business line that rings where you want it to ring.
  • Kept running every month The $100 covers keeping it all alive: the site online and updated, the email working, the listing accurate. Prices change, hours change, you add a service — send a message and it gets handled.

Tier Two

Foundation plus social media

$2,000 to set up

$200 a month after that

Everything in Tier One, and we take social media off your plate completely.

  • Everything in Tier One The website, the company email, the logo and brand package, the Google listing, the phone system, all of it.
  • Your social accounts, created properly Facebook, Instagram, and anywhere else worth your time — set up correctly with complete information and art that matches your brand.
  • Content written for you We write the posts. Your services, your work, your seasons, your offers. You do not have to think of anything to say.
  • Posted for you, on a schedule We put it out on a steady rhythm so your business does not look abandoned. You see everything before it publishes.
  • You are never asked to learn an app You do not need an account you log into, a dashboard, or a password you will forget. If you never open Instagram again, it still works.

The whole thing

Tier Three

Everything, including advertising

$3,000 to set up

$300 a month after that

Everything in Tier One and Tier Two, plus we go out and get customers instead of waiting for them.

  • Everything in Tier One and Tier Two Website, company email, logo and brand, Google listing, phone system, social accounts, content, and posting.
  • Text message marketing Also called SMS campaigns. It means sending a short text to customers who agreed to hear from you — a seasonal offer, an opening in the schedule, a reminder you exist. Texts get read. Almost nobody deletes one unopened.
  • Email marketing The same idea by email: a monthly note, a promotion, a follow-up to people who asked for a quote and never called back. Written by us, sent to your list, approved by you first.
  • Ads on Facebook and Instagram Real ads shown to people in your area who fit your customer, built and managed by us on your own advertising account.
  • Ads on Google So when somebody types what you do plus your town, you are at the top of the page rather than hoping to be found.
  • Ads on X, if it fits Not right for every business. If it is right for yours, it is included at no extra charge.
Start with Tier Three

Setup is billed once, before the work starts. The monthly begins the month after you go live and it is month to month — 30 days' notice and you are out, no contract to escape from. Full details and what is not included.

What it is like to work with us

You will not be handed a login and wished good luck.

A lot of people in this business sell you software and then leave you to run it. We do the opposite. There is no dashboard you have to check and no tool you have to learn. Everything comes to you as a plain message, and you answer it however you normally answer things — a text, a phone call, a reply that just says yes.

And nothing goes out with your name on it until you have seen it.

  1. You tell us about the business

Fill out the form, or just call and talk to a person. Either way somebody reads it before you get a phone call. If writing it out is not your thing, call and we will fill it in together.

  2. A 20-minute phone call

We tell you which tier we think fits and why, what it will cost, and what it will not do. No slides, no pressure, nothing to sign. If we are not the right fit we will tell you that too.

  3. We build it

Two to three weeks. You look it over once, tell us what to change, and then it goes live. We walk you through your own setup on the phone so nothing about it is a mystery.

  4. Then we just run it

Every month it keeps going without you. You get things to approve and a short plain-English note about what came in. That is your entire involvement unless you want more.

Straight talk

You might genuinely hate all of this. That is fine.

A lot of the owners who call us open with some version of "I think this stuff is ridiculous." Fair enough. Plenty of it is. Nobody got into landscaping or hairdressing or hauling because they wanted to write captions.

Here is the part that is not up for debate, though. When somebody needs what you sell, they pull out a phone. If you are not there, they call the person who is — and that person is very often not better than you. They are just easier to find.

You do not have to enjoy that. You do not have to participate in it personally. You just cannot afford to ignore it, and you do not have to be the one who deals with it.

Straight answers

Questions people actually ask.

I am not good with computers at all. Is that going to be a problem?

No, and you are not the first person to ask. You do not need to learn any software, log into anything, or manage a password. If you can answer a text message or a phone call, you can work with us. When something needs your approval it arrives as a normal message and you reply however you like. Plenty of our clients have never once opened the tools their business runs on.

What if I do not want to be on social media at all?

Then take Tier One. It has the website, the company email, the logo and brand package, the Google listing and the phone system, and it never touches social media. It is a completely legitimate place to stop. Tier One with a good Google listing outperforms a lot of businesses posting five times a week.

Do I have to be in the posts or the pictures?

Not at all. Some owners love being the face of the business, some would rather not be photographed ever again, and both work. We can build everything around your work, your products, your finished jobs and your customers' results without you appearing once.

What is an SMS campaign, in plain English?

It means sending a short text message to customers who have already agreed to hear from you. Something like "we have two openings this Friday" or "spring cleanups start next week." That is it. It works because people read their texts and mostly ignore their email. It is included in Tier Three, you approve every message before it goes out, and we handle the consent and opt-out rules so it is done legally.

Do you only work locally?

No. We work with businesses anywhere in the United States. In-person meetings are available around Prescott, Arizona and Sheffield Lake, Ohio. Everywhere else is by phone, text and email, which is how most of it would happen regardless.

Is the ad money included in Tier Three?

No, and be suspicious of anyone who says it is. We build and run the ads, but the ad budget goes on your own card in your own account, so you own the account and the history. We do not mark it up and we do not take a percentage of it. You set the amount and you can stop it any day.

What else costs money on top of the monthly?

The subscriptions the system sits on: your domain name, website hosting, the Google Workspace email accounts, the phone line, and the software. Those are paid in your name to those companies, and for a small business it usually totals somewhere around $30 to $80 a month. We tell you the exact numbers before you agree to anything. We do not add a markup to them.

Who owns the website and the accounts?

You do. The domain, the website, the Google listing, the social accounts, the email, the ad accounts — all in your name, on your logins. If we ever part ways you keep every bit of it. We will not hold your business hostage.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Setup is a one-time fee. The monthly is month to month with 30 days' notice. If it is not working for you we would rather you leave than resent paying us.

Will these prices go up?

For new clients, yes, eventually. Whatever rate you start at is your rate for the first full year regardless of what we charge anyone after you.

Can you help me set up my LLC?

We are not attorneys and we cannot give legal advice or file formation paperwork for you. What we can do is point you at your state's official filing site, explain the general steps in plain English, and get the business side ready — name check, domain, email, phone, Google listing, invoicing and profiles. For entity choice, liability or taxes, talk to an attorney or a CPA.

How do we start?

Fill out the form about your business, or just call or text (928) 470-2213 and talk to a person. Either way the next step is a 20-minute phone call.

Next step

Your work is already good. Let's make sure people can find it.

Tell us about your business and I will read every answer before we talk. Then we get on a 20-minute call, I tell you which package fits and what I would do first, and you decide. No slide deck, no contract on the first call.
