How it works
Exactly what happens, step by step, in plain English.
No mystery retainer and no jargon. Here is the actual work, in order, from the first phone call through the months after you launch.
Before you pay anything
Days 1–3: getting to know the business
You tell us about the business
The form takes about eight minutes and covers what you do, who your customers are, what you have already tried and what would make this worth the money. If filling out forms is not your thing, call and we will go through it together on the phone.
We do our homework
Before we speak we look at your website, your Google listing, your reviews, your social accounts, and the three competitors ranking above you for what you do in your town. We write down what is broken and what is easy to win.
A 20-minute phone call
We tell you what we found, which tier we think fits and why, what it costs, and what it will and will not do for you. You ask whatever you want. Nobody signs anything on this call.
One page in writing
If it is a fit you get a single page: which tier, what gets built, what the monthly is, which subscriptions you will be paying and what each one costs. You approve it, pay the setup, and we start.
The build
Weeks 1–3: we build the whole thing
Domain, email and phone
Your domain checked or registered, company email set up on it with the sending records done properly, and a business phone line put in place if you do not already have one. All of it in your name.
Logo and brand package
An original mark or a cleanup of yours, your colors and fonts, and matched profile and cover art so every place your business appears looks like the same company.
The website
Home, services, service area, about and contact. Real photos, your real service list, your phone number where a thumb lands, forms that reach you instantly, and the technical groundwork that gets you indexed by Google.
Google Business Profile
Claimed and verified, right categories, service area, hours, full services list, description, photos loaded, and the questions section seeded with what customers actually ask.
Social accounts and first content
Tier Two and Three: accounts created properly and the first stretch of posts written and queued, so you never launch to an empty page.
Marketing and ads set up
Tier Three: your text and email lists set up with proper consent handling, your ad accounts created in your name, and the first campaigns built and ready for your approval.
You review it, then it goes live
You get one link to look at everything. You tell us what to change. We fix it, it goes live, and we walk you through your own setup on the phone so none of it is a mystery to you.
After launch
Every month, on the same rhythm
Near the end of the month — you approve
Next month's posts, any campaign, and any site changes come to you in one message. You reply yes, no, or change this. That is your whole job.
All month — it runs
Posts publish on schedule. Campaigns send. Ads run and get adjusted. Anything urgent gets forwarded straight to you rather than sitting in a system you never log into.
Whenever — small changes
Price went up? New service? Hours changed for the season? Send a text and it gets updated. Small edits are part of the monthly, not billed by the hour.
Month end — a short note
One page in English: calls, texts, form fills, new reviews, where they came from, what worked, what did not, and the one thing we want to change next month. Not a dashboard full of charts.
Four promises we will actually keep.
- You approve before it publishes. Nothing goes out in your name that you have not seen first.
- Everything is in your name. Domain, website, listings, email, phone, ad accounts. You can fire us and keep all of it.
- No jargon. If we cannot explain something to you in one sentence, we have no business charging you for it.
- We will tell you when something is not worth it. Including when a tier we sell is more than your business needs right now.

Next step
Your work is already good. Let's make sure people can find it.
Tell us about your business and I will read every answer before we talk. Then we get on a 20-minute call, I tell you which package fits and what I would do first, and you decide. No slide deck, no contract on the first call.
