Terms of service
The deal, in plain language.
Last updated August 2026. Your written scope of work always governs if anything here conflicts with it.
Scope and pricing
The prices shown on this site are the complete prices for each package for a single-location business. There are no add-ons and no separate line items. Before any work begins you receive a one-page written scope listing exactly what is included, what it costs, and which third-party subscriptions you will be paying for directly. Setup fees are one time and due before the build starts. Monthly service begins the month after launch.
Cancellation
Monthly service is month to month. Either side can end it with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees cover completed work and are not refundable once the build has begun, but you keep everything that was built.
What you own
Your domain, website, Google Business Profile, social accounts, ad accounts, phone numbers, and customer data are yours and stay registered in your name. On cancellation we hand over access to anything we set up. We do not publish client names or use your business as an example without your written permission.
Your responsibilities
- Give us timely access, approvals, and accurate information about your business.
- Only give us contact lists you collected lawfully, with permission to be contacted.
- Hold your own licenses, insurance, and permits, and make sure your claims about your business are true.
- Pay platform costs directly — ad spend, carrier fees, and third-party subscriptions.
No guarantee of results
We will do professional work and tell you the truth about what is happening, but nobody can guarantee search rankings, lead volume, or revenue. Google, Meta, and every other platform change their rules whenever they want. Anyone who promises you a number is guessing or lying.
